“Everything is tailored to me and my weaknesses. She provides feedback for what I send her and if for some reason an exercise isn't fixing what it's supposed to fix, she will find new and creative ways to go about it differently. You see the progressive overload for specific exercises but her programming isn't the same every week which keeps it interesting.
