A six-week coaching program designed to help you improve form and increase volume in your toes to bar. Build straight-arm strength, clean up your kip swing, and forge and iron core so you can rep out your T2B and build a strong foundations for all gymnastics on the rig.

Personal Training

Local to Virginia Beach/Chesapeake. In-person gymnastics training done 1:1 or in a small group.

I can help you level up your pull ups, toes to bar, bar muscle ups, ring muscle ups, handstand holds & walking, and handstand push ups.

Gymnastics Workshops

Group training to develop specific and varied gymnastics skills. I am able to travel to your gym or you can be on the lookout for workshops held in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia

For Gyms & Coaches

Level up the gymnastics coaching of your staff! I offer a workshop for coaches on coaching that helps to develop a deep understanding of the foundations of gymnastics so that your coaches can better teach bodyweight skills, incorporate impactful drills, and provide appropriate scaling options in their group classes.

For Athletes

I offer the Gymnastics Series, which is a three-part workshop that teaches all of the major CF gymnastics skills in a holistic way, as well as skill specific workshops on handstands, handstand walking, toes to bar, pull ups, and muscle ups.
